Single hypnotherapy session
This is a single session for hypnosis focused on sports enhancement.
If you just want to try out hypnosis and see if it works for you, or you want to give a session as a gift, then you have come to the right place.

I am not here to do high-pressure sales I am here to help, and I only want you to take as many sessions as you need to resolve your problems. Sometimes all it takes is one session and you are all set. This certainly happens but is not the norm. For long-term results, you will most likely want a few reinforcement sessions.

Work out what issues need to be addressed.
Work out a plan of action and establish goals.
Establish a trance state.
Work with the issues to alleviate the challenges.
Questions and answers.

I do not charge by the hour but the subjects that we are dealing with in the session. Most of the sessions take about an hour as when you are experiencing hypnosis you are concentrating a lot and this can be tiring.

Most of the sessions take about an hour, some can be shorter, and some can be longer depending on what we need to work on.
The challenge with a longer session is you are limiting the benefit you can get from the session. It is better if we can split the issues up and tackle them one at a time.

What can you expect from a single session:
People’s experiences vary because everyone is different, they go from everything is fixed, to I am going to need a few sessions to get my head around this. Everyone is somewhere on this continuum and different people will get different things at different rates. Therefore, having a personalized session is much more beneficial because it can be tailored to your needs.
Most people report feeling much more enthusiastic about their sport, and that it becomes easier to do well. That the challenges seem to be lesser if not disappeared. It brings back the joy of doing the sport.
Consent is very important which is why we will lay out the goals at the start of the session. I use a very conversational style which allows for questions to be asked and things clarified throughout the session. I don't use scripts and tune each session to your needs. If you are under the age of 18 you will need some with you who can provide legal consent on your behalf for treatment.
