Self hypnosis trance therapy?

The guided meditation trance sessions have been compiled using highly advanced hypnotic tecniques, producing amazing effects such as various trance stages, meditating states, and deep hypnosis. These deep trance effects are used for implanting useful messages into the subconcious mind such as the correct way to breathe, each breath the same as the one before in perfect rhythm and harmony, breathing in and out the perfect amount of air. Teaching the subconscious mind how to deal with worries and life's problems, and how to overide those deep gnawing old wounds to create new positive happy affirmations. The three principal inductive powers in these hypnosis sessions are: Binaural & Isochronic pulses, Shamanic Beats, Hypnotic Inductions.

The Binaural Beats have been blended into the sounds of the ocean waves, running streams, wind, and bird sounds. The brain waves are generated using a 346 Hz sine wave, played into the right ear and a 339 Hz one, into the left ear, the brain is entrained towards the beat frequency (7 Hz, in the theta range) in mp3.

The sensation of binaural beats originates in the superior olivary nucleus, a part of the brain stem. They appear to be related to the brain's ability to locate the sources of sounds in three dimensions and to track moving sounds, which also involves inferior colliculus neurons. The isochronic tones work in a similar way but using a difference of two beats, and also designed to produce theta brain waves.

The Shamanic Rythms have been produced using a 22" shaman rosewood drum. The cycles are produced using 4.5 beats per second (theta) this is the typical traditional rythm used for centuries to transport the shaman healers into deeper realms of conciousness.

The Hypnosis Induction techniques have been blended into the voice using a progresive journey script, nature sound effects, hypnotic music, and tones. Including the powerful hypnotic methods such as Overloading, Reinduction, Ericksonian, Mental Confusion, Mental Misdirectioning, Indirect Suggestions, Multiple Sensorial Stimulation, Anchoring, subliminal hypnosis, and many more powerful methods.

These inductions are so powerful that we can reach a deep enough trance to perform the necesary changes that transsexuals need. Where can we go. I mean we can't go to a doctor and say "hey, make me walk like a woman all day long" These suggestions need to be implanted deep enough, and the ordinary hypnosis scripts just don't get that far. True full feminization, which is difficult indeed and does require a powerful induction to change those often life long masculine habits, change the pitch and tone of voice, change to a more feminine posture, walk, gestures, and facial expresions.

I agree on the importance of achieving a deep enought trance. Some clients are just so somnambulistic that just a snap of my finger will leave them like putty, but most do need a lot of deepening procedures. Thanks for the Tropical Beach induction, I use it myself, and seem to sink deep about half way, where the old man is chopping a coconut and making the fruity drink, I can never remember what happens after that.

A lot of hypnotists are claiming that we only need to reach a mild trance to achieve results, and in some cases is true, in other cases just takes longer, and sometimes too deep is counterproductive. It all depends on why you wish to use hypnosis or self hypnosis, a good example is for phobias that have been triggered from a past trauma, forgetting, and also learning a foreign language.

Not forgetting the need for really deep states when addressing the topic of pain. We bodybuilders need to pass the pain barrier, we need more motivation, strength, and more hormone release, so a mild trance will not help much.
